Giannine buys PSC with Mesos

As you can see on the chat, Giannine wrote "U promise me a 20k in PSC" in buddychat so that's where i felt it was a bit too suspiciously so i confronted him in order to see if my theory was true. As you can see i whisped him if he's really buying PSC with mesos? And he answered "Yes, you sell?" Therefore it's confirmed.

For those who dont know PSC it's a abbreviation for paysafecard, it's against the rules to use this method in ems.

This has been reported to Nexon and he is added to the list.

PaySafeCards aren't illegal to use in ems Rathi
it's illegal to buy cards with meso tho
but it's completely legit to purchase nx with those cards
